Max the owner is amazing!! I feel like every time I go there it's like having your dad look at your car you know that you're going to get a truthful and honest diagnostic and actual care of your car. His work and labor is very reasonable in comparison to most luxury Auto repair shops in the northern Virginia market and they're always trying to give you options and alternatives to providing the most effective cost based on your budget giving you both a high option and low option of materials work and labor shows the good genuine honest loyal business trade and sportsmanship that Max puts into his business. I've been to a lot of shops in the area including their sister shop in Springfield which is just as amazing in the aspect of the work but just as good quality work. I will say the landmark Auto on Duke Street isn't the most posh posh in the aspect of the seating area to wait for the work for your car to be done, but the people there are very much like family very friendly and always willing to make sure they provide you the most cost-effective quality work for the amount of money that you're looking to spend along with options. It is truly the best auto repair shop in northern Virginia for Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, BMW and Volkswagen. Landmark Auto group becomes your family as all of the customers there are mostly returning and or loyal customers who come back, Max is the most loyal businessmen that I know in the northern Virginia market! Max and Jay are awesome! I have taken my 2008 BMW 335i there every time repairs are needed! Every time I call, Max answers the phone and knows me by name! Jose is the BMW specialist and he is very good! I will keep these guys around for a while!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They fixed a loose wire in a headlight for me back in the summer, and I was incredibly impressed with the service. I was brought over and shown what was going on, and they explained exactly how they would fix it. The repair lasted several months. I came in again today because the plastic wire binding had loosened due to the cold weather. I was fully prepared to pay for another repair, but they fixed it again for free since it had only been a few months. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Landmark Auto Group and will definitely be returning next time!

They helped me to locate a hard-to-find part for my VW Beetle. Worked with me over several weeks and the job was finished and I am extremely satisfied with it. I highly recommend these guys!

Down to earth, efficient, and fairly-priced, Todd and the mechanics at Landmark Auto Group are top-notch. They have fixed numerous problems with my 2006 Honda Fit and they always get me back up and running in no time.

I had to have my 2009 BMW 328i valve cover gasket replaced. BMW wanted to charge me $2000. Landmark charged $1100 and they do a better job than BMW and the customer service is superb. Max, Todd and their team are the areas best kept secret. I don't even take my BMW to BMW for repairs anymore. Landmark Auto is my auto repair place to go.
